Pêche de Vigne is getting a new look and reopens its doors on November 28, 2025 to welcome you for the Christmas market period so popular in Alsace.

Practically 1 year of closure in 2025; an opportunity for us to have made a number of improvements to the establishment:

• 3 new bedrooms on the 2nd floor of La Grange
• A new breakfast room/restaurant
• A brand new pool that will be heated to 28 degrees in winter
• A redesigned spa area
